Each of the Ladies in this office go out of their way to make sure that I feel like I am important to them and not like I am a burden to them. Even when they are busy as heck they make it a point to greet each one of us that walks in and when I call they always answer. Its rare to get a human on the phone in most companies now days. Its appreciated! I have done business here for years for several purposes!
