If you are reviewing their reviews and wondering why this bank has a 2 star rating it’s because they give 2 star help and take working class peoples money to become a billion dollar bank. I’ve never in my life had a bank charge 7 $36 overdraft fees for 3 small charges $14, $35 and $11! My husband mistakenly used this bank card before I could make a deposit and they have really stuck it to me. Never have I asked for them to return a single fee until this and they say they “can’t” they can but they won’t. Beware if you bank with them you better not make a single mistake or they will go back and use the charges from low to high like Bank of America so they can get the most bank fees out of you and have no forgiveness like all other banks do the first time. This is our second bank and we were going to make it our first so we could deposit locally but not now not ever! I never signed up for any overdraft protection so the card should have declined and then my husband would have known to use the other card. They will take and take and take and take. I am a small business owner and this hurts. You CANNOT trust in this bank! I wouldn’t have even given one star since they don’t even like to answer the phone I had to call 10 times to get a person on the phone. Worst bank and Keith is the worst manager. He couldn’t even answer my questions.

They are a horrible customer service. Whenever I go there they were looking at me like an animal and saying something very unpleasant. They have some information about me on the my account which is no good. One day the clark told me “ you have not used our loan”. I had to say “yes I had a loan for my car from this bank but I paid all back “ Every time I go there, I had very unhappy experiences. The lady sitting at the office, she is the one wrote the wrong information about me. Anyway I say the service at the bank extremely horrible, unpleasant, and this bank deserves one star rated. Thanks!!!

This not my bank but my foster son's. I make deposits to him. These employees are very efficient and remember me. Their decorations are awesome most seasons.

Be careful banking here. They offer overdraft protection, yes, but will charge you $35 for a $2 candy bar. Not so great for a person on disability.
