1st Franklin Financial, Sevierville, TN

By far one of the most professional and easiest loan company I have ever used. Very helpful in every aspect of their job. A woman named Penny works there and she is very knowledgeable and very professional as well as a great people person. Both in person and on the phone. I highly recommend this place even if you dont have great credit the monthly payments have a great rate.

My husband and I had a loan out with the Sevierville loan office for several years. Jared has always been super friendly and very helpful. He has made it an absolute pleasure to conduct business with them. We will continue to recommend this branch in the future. They were extremely accommodating and made the process painless. For over 14 years we’ve used 1st Franklin for our emergency, Christmas, pay bills to combine into one payment, etc. They are wonderful! I just make a phone call & after the run credit, etc, they’ll call me back. The same day I can go into their office to sign papers & walk out with a check! They’ve been my lifesavers on several occasions.
