First and foremost, Theresa there today(Sunday nov 27th, 2022) was such a charm. She kept talking with me through the whole process, answered every question promptly and professionally. On top of doing her job to the highest degree, she took time to get to know me, we shared stories about our pets and laughed a few times as well. I was nervous going into this but I was quickly reassured and with Theresa's help, everything was all good, thank you folks for the help. Give Theresa a raise!

Teresa was so kind and patient and was able to help get me the loan I needed, she was also very helpful when it came down to explaining everything.

Today was the first time I've ever used Advance Financial 24/7 and I do have to say they are GREAT!! "Amanda" in sevierville was the lady that helped me and she went above and beyond to help with the app process and made sure I had everything we needed!!
