Cash express are thieves that prey on people. My mother took out a loan of $2500. and has been paying it off. Last night a repo team took her car while she was at work cause she was late just 2 days this month. We called them today and we find out that she is paying $400 worth interest a MONTH!!! Now she must pay over $3000 to get her car back even though she has paid just over $2000 in monthly payments. In New York these cash loan places are illegal. Lets fight to have them banned here also.

The only good thing about them is the staff. The company itself (regional managers and above, I'm sure) is completely inflexible. I know someone who needed an extension of just 2 days on her title loan, flex loan and checks. The staff attempted to get her an extension, but said she could not. She was told that if she didn't come in before the 30th (she had money coming in 2 days later), the company would take her to court. She informed the staff that she would have her title loan bought out by another company of they could not at least be that flexible. The CSA informed her district and regional manager that the company was going to lose this title loan if they refused to work with this customer by just two days. Apparently they didn't care if they lost money for the company that employs them, because they still refused to approve an extension of just 2 days. Therefore, this individual was forced to have her title loan bought out by another company and start completely over in order to prevent the repossession of her vehicle. I'm sure this was Cash Express's intent, as the vehicle in question was a Cadillac. I'm certain they wanted it in order to sell it. Instead, they got their money--and lost 2 customers: myself and her. It's not the store staff's fault or even the district manager; it's those above them. Every business I've ever worked for wanted to keep their customers. Apparently this business doesn't care if they keep customers. My advice to them: re-evaluate your business model and customer service. My advice to anyone reading this: don't go there to start with.

Great Staff, Easy Process, Always Works With You, and great at finding ways to help you out if you can’t make a payment. Trick is to always stay in contact and just be honest.

So easy to get cash when you really need it. High interest rates, but easy process.
