At one time this pawn shop was among the best last couple years have went down badly. First they can’t take anything gas powered. Since the Seymour store closed in July they don’t take cameras watches computer’s I pads If you don have guns orb jewelry better call before you make a trip to see that they not taking some items.

Went in to help my son find the perfect engagement ring . The blonde lady was very rude wouldn't wait on us because we were not dressed fancy finally a gentleman helped us I started to cough because I have asthma even have a Dr note stating I can't wear a mask she made the comment you can't touch the rings til I put a mask on again I can't wear a mask I am vaccinated and it was me starting to have an asthma attack we had plenty of money to spend cash in hand and she was so rude this is the second time we have been in there and she was very rude we will not be back some advice to the company don't judge people by the way they look I dress the way I do for reasons like this to see how people treat me

I purchased some coins from the blonde lady and she was somewhat rude, she was going to charge sales tax and i questioned that,she asked the one of the men there and he said i had to pay sales tax when i bought them and the blonde said do you want them, i used my business resale license, in short, they need to stay current on the laws because may 30 2022 the governor rescinded the sales tax on gold and silveras well as platinum

These people are so rude and don't want to help you they only want to talk to their friends and eat as they talk to you I defaulted on an item because I forgot my payment was due and they never called me and I went back to pay to get it out and one guy said it was in the vault and he would call me when he found it fast forward 4 months and no call and they said it might be on the floor and the manager said she wouldn't even look for it so I went to see if they had it well no they didn't they sold it with out calling me first I wish they still had the bigger one they had the people then were so nice and wanted to help they got rid of all of them and brought in rude people

I was looking for a laptop. Stood at the counter in front of the laptops for a good little while. Not one person offered to help me or hubby. Be that way! There are other places to buy from.
