I normally bank at the lewisburg branch but we were in Shelbyville looking at a new car. I can't remember the lady's name that helped us but she was very friendly and professional. We've done a few personal loans before but this was our first major auto loan and she was great about offering choices and advice that would help our situation. Just another reason why we love Heritage South and recommend them to people all the time.

The staff, including the CEO of Heritage South, are remarkable people. Not only are they professional in their banking transactions and willingness to be helpful, but also accept You as family. They demonstrate a family atmosphere in the workplace and in the community.

I have quite a few problems with the one in Shelbyville(not sure how the other unions are) but (1) their app is not up to date whatsoever!! Their app won’t tell me how much I’ve spent somewhere until 2-5 days later, causing me to think I have more money than I actually have. Due to that, I overdraft and they charge me for the overdraft, even though technically it’s the app’s fault for not updating me on the actual money I have in my account. I was also talking to one of their “workers” on the phone and she just argued instead of actually being helpful. (Not sure what the name is) (2) Also, be careful depositing any type of money because there’s been a handful of times where they put it in my mother’s account instead of mine and we don’t share accounts whatsoever. (3) I withdrew money from their drive thru and the worker gave me the wrong amount back. A bank with workers that cannot even count money???
