I would give 10 stars if i could! We are on our second vehicle with Midstate. We still have both vehicles. A few years ago my wife was hit head on and it totaled our only vehicle. She was in the hospital and midstate took a chance and helped me get into a vehicle that day so i could be where i needed to be. So when we got our second car i went back to them. They are wonderful people who want to help and worked with me any time i had a problem making a payment. I recommend them to anyone and everyone. When i buy my house. It will be with them!

They repo ed my car with no warning or letter in the mail. I called and they said the amount due on the recite is wrong and that I had to pay triple that number to get it back. I even informed them the car kept breaking down but with the warranty out, I had to pay every repair out of pocket. In order to trade in the lemon I had to basically get a brand new car that I couldn't afford upside it's no longer my responsabilty any more.

I was charged a astronomical interest rate 95 percent on $1300. My payments were $111.66 per month. At any rate I paid around $1800 on this loan. Will never use this company again. The better business bureau has been informed.

They don’t answer the phone

Scam artists they repoed my truck even though i was paid up and then they serve my wife with papers to appear in court on a loan that was paid off a year and a half ago these people are scum bags dont do buisness here they will screw you over
