I have been dealing with Mariner for a while now. Before it was called FMAC. I’ve had excellent treatment at this company. I can’t say enough about how they handle things. It’s always a smooth transaction with no problems. I’ve became close to some of the workers and was treated great. I even talked to them yesterday the 8th and we did everything over the phone and computer. There so friendly and professional and they care about their customers. Just last January I went into the hospital for two weeks and they called my daughter to check up on me and even the manager was concerned about me. It made me feel so good inside. I love dealing with Mariner because of the professionalism and being so friendly. Mariner does everything they can to help someone. I would recommend this company to anyone because there great.

Quoted a loan with my preliminary information, I chose to proceed and jumped through all the hoops. All kinds of documents and a call later just for them to say I don't qualify. Waste of an entire day. Stop quoting and wasting peoples time if their preliminary information disqualifies them.

Keep putting my account in delinquent when it has been paid. They are very unprofessional. Been hung up on by a guy name John, simply cause I was asking questions on my payments. The day of payments they will call to see when you will make payment to your account...mind you its 9am when they open. Can a person not get their day started before this company starts harrassing about payments?!? After my loans are paid I will not get another loan from this company!
