The ladies here are very friendly, caring, respectful, and nice. They have outstanding customer service skills and they care about your needs. They have treated me like family since day 1. They have a very welcoming personality and I just love their happy energy vibes they give off. I have never seen these ladies in a bad mood not once. They always greet you with a smile from the time you walk in til the time you leave. Best customer service experience I have ever had. Amber and Emily you two rock and are my favorites. The ladies at Smryna Finance are the sweetest people in the world. They are so thoughtful, considerate, and understanding. Every time they call me they’re always in a great mood. Every time I see them they welcome me with a smile which makes me feel welcomed and appreciated. My credit score has went up so high! Whenever you renew your loan, you get two months off from paying! How great is that? Having this loan really been doing me justice and I really appreciate these ladies!

These girls are amazing !!! Always give top tier customer service. They are always willing to help in anyway they can and do !!! I explained a situation I got in with a title loan, where the interest was DAILY!! They were able to buy out my title and cut my payment in half!!! Saved my bank account from a monthly assault lol ... nobody likes payments ... but I love doing business here because of these girls !!!

STAY FAR AWAY! They harass and tell lies about loans only to be threatened of repos that were never disclosed as loan was a title loan specifically said IT WASNT one but yet I’m told if not paid by end of month my car will be repo definitely go elsewhere. I use to recommend them but this did it for me!!!
