Check Into Cash, Soddy-Daisy, TN

Well for starters, the company is a joke... Management does not care about their employees or offer any kind of advancement opportunities nor do they believe in employee appreciation which is why the turnover is so high. EVERYTIME you walk in there's a new face. They start you so low in pay and you will STILL be at that pay rate years down the road. No regard for the hard working employees that show up and keep the store running while offering exceptional customer service to the Soddy Daisy residents. The loan process also is a joke. They process automatic payments if you take out a payday loan the day it is due before you can even go in and pay and re write if you need to. They bombard you with calls every day. It's a broken process and I wouldn't recommend going here for ANYTHING!

Not exactly what I wanted to do but in these times, it sometimes becomes necessary. Thank you to Tina and Karen for working with me and helping me out of this temporary bind. Tina was great on the phone and had things ready for Karen when I came in on Saturday. Karen wasn't feeling great but was still a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the great work ladies!

Great people. Very helpful. I walked in just before closing on a Saturday for a transaction that would take about 20-25 minutes and they were only happy to help! That’s big respect from me!

They are always so helpful anytime I come in and fast and always answer my questions, I wouldn’t want to go to any other location because Tina wouldn’t be there and she provides the best service!!!
