I wasn't happy with what I saw today,I came to purchase some coin at the Bitcoin machine and I was unable to scan the barcode and no one there could help me out that's bad of you..

Always talk to the same lady, her name is Jamie and she is so sweet! And super great at holding conversation. She has such a great personality.

Such a great staff!!! They all seemed like they were on top of it! When I came in to get information about their flex loans and check cashing fees they were very helpful, informative, polite, and it was very refreshing to know that there is still good customer service out there!!! Would definitely refer anyone that I know!

Krista did a good job at helping me with all that I needed. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the products! Highly recommend giving the sparta store a visit .

I don't share my experiences often but..I was in the Sparta tn office 10/7/23 came in 30 min before close. Suzi served me. I am not good with all this electronic/paperless way of life. And she WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PATIENT! It took for ever just to get to get basic info. And Brittany came and helped me on the other side of counter.i can't remember a time when 2 people at end of there shift were more kind or patient with me or anyone else.borrowing money just socks. But they made it easy and regret free thank you ladies.we need more customer service specialists like them
