I was in the yesterday, I was really down on my luck and hadn't eaten in almost two days. Mrs. Michelle was so positive and professional the way she helped me out. She was so kind and friendly I was moved. Her personality is truly one of a kind and we definitely need more people like her in the business world. Thank you so much again!

Let me tell you about Michelle at the Springfield, TN store. 2 days on the phone with her as she was relentless in getting this loan done. Wrong info from her underwriters, bank verification problems, you name it it was a problem with the underwriters. It was her determination with getting this approved which made me want to continue rather than go somewhere else. After numerous calls between her and the underwriters she was finally successful. Michelle, you're a gem, they are lucky to have you! My issues were unique with the underwriters, so I'm sure the average person working with Michelle will have a simple process and complete thier loan quickly because of her attention to detail and thoroughness. I recently went to the location in Springfield TN and dealt with Megan. I was the customer most people would rather not have...I asked a hundred very technical questions. Megan answered them all very honestly and professionally and did it with a friendly smile on her face. I would say to anyone, if you need a short term loan, Advance Financial is a good option.
