I have been doing business with this office for years paid off a $20,000 loan with them and they lied about everything after the payoff! Do not to business with the Tullahoma office!

Emily was great! She kept in constant contact throughout the process and made everything so easy. I would recommend highly.

One Main Financial in my area needs to work on their customer skills. I understand that everybody has their days, but you don't have to be rude to your customers. I was called a liar that everything I said was a lie. Whenever I called or was called about an account.I would give a day and time to when I would be in. And it was and sometime wasn't written down. Then they would twist what i am saying or asking like I didn't know what I was saying. Make it like I was confusing them. For better customer skills and treatment friendly smiles I'd take my business to Sun Credit.

I love how they treat you and help you out and make easy and not hassle you like bankers and car salesman do

Have had several loans with One Main and paid them all in full early. Called yesterday about a loan, all information given and was told could possibly get $15000. Do not want that much, but jumped hoops today to get them all they needed and after getting there and sitting for 2 hours was denied. A complete waste of time!!! Staff is friendly and tried to help but the company was awful. Would NOT recommend.
