Most of the agents at this location are friendly, efficient and professional. I use their services once in awhile. The office hours listed on their door are :9:30 - 5:30 Monday thru Friday ; 9:30 - 2:00 On Saturday and closed on Sundays. Given the fact that it says 9:30-5:30 Monday thru Friday, one should be able to expect to find someone there during those hours, however, I went there at 12:20 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21, to repay my payday loan and found a note on the door that said they would be back at 1:00 p.m. . I was going out of town and could not get back before closing time that day. I called them the next morning to see if they were still holding my check and was told they sent it to the bank the previous day( the same day it was due). That was a big inconvenience to me. I had to go to the bank and redeposit the money I had withdrawn to pay my loan. I don't think that was fair . How can a person repay their loan if no one is there to conduct business.
