I have 2 babies, 5 and 1. This place came and took our car and left us with nothing. They didnt even have the respect to come in and tell me they were doing it. My ex had apparently gotten a loan on my SUV. I didnt know it was behind or any plans in them taking it or anything. I was left sitting with my 2 babies having to walk home. I get that everyone has a job to do, but this was handled extremely poorly. I wasnt notified at all! They didnt care that I had the babies with me or that I could even get my diaper bags or purses or anything out. What If my cellphone had been in that car. It was so bad that a wonderful young man, expressed his feelings towards the evil of it all, and paid for our food and invited us to his church. I will never forget how awful these people have been, or the kindness that was in that young man. I just wanted anyone dealing with them to know, apparently someone can get a loan on your car and they dont notify you before they STEAL THE THING.
