Naomi is AMAZING!!! After a late night dispute over a transaction ; my Flare card was blocked. Within seven (7) minutes Naomi had contacted customer service and set me up with a temporary card,and canceled the card in dispute. Always great customer service at this Ace location.N1st,Abilene Texas. They keep me informed and my banking needs running smoothly.

I go to this ace in north 1st due to the ladies that work there Naomi,Renee and Vivian they are always very nice friendly and ready to help me in all my needs had to verify residence for my new license so I can get the job at Wal Mart . I needed something with my name at that address they got me the necessary paperwork and let's not mention how funny they are I love those three girls and I will go nowhere else but Ace to do any of my banking

Renee is always so friendly and helpful knows me by name each time I go into the store She know exactly what bills I pay and helps me with a smile ..

This location is absolutely amazing. Everyone always has a smile. The service is fast and simple. They try to make everything as simple as possible. It's always a pleasant visit. And that's a weekly review.
