The ladies at Security Finance are always kind and nice to me always working to help. When i need money they always done good. I would recommend them to anyone.

Less than 24 hours late on my payment because I forgot and they start calling my contact numbers. Knowing they are calling my place of employment, once they have my supervisor on the phone, she talked to her like she was a friend or family member. They even called my supervisor “babe”. I called to complain about their unprofessionalism and was griped out because of the late loan. If they had been trying to get in touch with me for days or weeks I could understand this. But the day after? Ridiculous.

The staff are so friendly and professional. Their put me at ease and helpful.

I was 2 days late on my loan because I had no electricity for 72 hours. And they start calling I thought that’s was a little unprofessional in 0 degree weather and no electricity and there worried about a payment.

Been a great place to get a loan they have been patient understanding Kim is awesome I have had a lot of set backs in life and the have been really helpful I would really appreciate more people using the if they need loans

I love Ms. Belinda like a mother; she's tough, fair, kind, empathetic & personable & has helped me a time or 2...or 6! I appreciate everyone at Willis, but Ms. Belinda is what makes it great--I cannot stress enough what an asset she is; it wouldn't be the same without her. Thanks for the backing for vacations & home projects Ms. Belinda, you rock!
