Both Melissa and Jennifer were two of the most helpful individuals I've came across in some time. I was greeted with smiles and enthusiasm and they made me feel positively refreshed. Way to go Texas Car Title & Payday Loans for hiring two awesome ladies.

This establishment is nothing legalized criminals with outrageous interests rates., They are more (interested) in severely over charging and trying to convince you to refinance so you never pretty much pay off your loan. I always paid extra on my loan at least $50 to $100 extra. Still wasn’t putting a dent on my loan. Over a year later.still hardly no change. Their documentation and receipts hard to identify what and where the money your paying is going. So with that said. I ask for the remaining balance to pay off the loan, which was still extremely high. So when I went ahead and paid it off over 1k they stated they need to hold my title for 5 more days. Which it doesn’t state in the contract at all. She was able to show me in contact. So I will be taking legal action on this establishment. If you have a loan there I would look closer at your receipts and keep record of what you have paid, it seems like a Ponzi Scheme to me. I recommend, do not use this establishment unless you just got money to throw away.

Lady’s and gentleman… this is the place to go….. I went to the place on 1st street and felt like I got a nose turned up at me…. But Butternut is the office to go !!!!! They make you feel very comfortable and talk to you like a human, and they don’t act like robots….they don’t act like there better then anybody else.. very friendly.. Shout out to Milissa thank you so much
