Asked for title insurance on a property, and they attached it to another address, completely fowling up the process. Ida (who I originally spoke with) never called to explain what happened. When I called her to find out what was going on, she had the receptionist pass me off to Joey and Nick in Austin. They in turn were too busy to speak with me about the problem. What a complete waste of time! Cancelled the title insurance request through Lone Star and went with another company. Save yourself time and trouble and don't do businesses with this incompetent group of unprofessional people!
