Made the online banking extremely difficult. Had to resort to putting checks into my Wells Fargo account instead. Then a few days later I was locked out of my accounts when I use faceID on the app and had to cal customer service to get everything open again.

120 dollars on returned fees with no notification, no call nothing. Just a bill on the mail pretty much, at least all other banks have the decency to notify you when there's an error

I went into this bank to set up an account. I sat there in the chairs, waiting, for about 20 to 25 minutes. Eventually, another customer walked in and sat down for less than 2 minutes, and one of the bank employees promptly walked over and asked him what he needed. New customer guy was more than happy to cut in line. I stood up, said 'unbelievable', and walked out. I guess they just didn't want my business.

Do not use this bank! You can sign up for overdraft protection and years later, overdraft you and tell you you never signed up for it and now im out that money. Thier ATM is out if order Alot.

I would first like to state that ifI could rate less than 1 star, that would be my rating. I am a college student/worker and come from San Antonio, where every bank is open from 9-5 Monday-Friday and open on Saturdays as well. I understand that hours may very depending on your location, but the average worker/student typically works from 8am to 5pm and most "normal" places stay open so that when payday comes around people may actually have a place to put their money. This is a very big inconvenience for anyone who has a normal job with normal hours. The fact that select personal bankers can not make time to schedule a short meeting after 5 o'clock so that a new college student (living almost 400 miles away from home and family) can set up a bank account so he can buy college supplies and or anything else in which he might need is just sad. As a History major I know that at one point in time Banks/Bankers took pride in their jobs and actually cared for new and old clients. Sad to say that is not the case here.

I went to get a business account opened up and it took an hour and then the banker was surprised when I asked for a debit card at the end of the appointment (how am I supposed to use the acct bc he didn’t set me up with checks either), which took another 30 minutes! Also very rude banker!
