The staff were all extremely nice and Mona had lots of great information around my business account. I love them so far and am very happy with my choice to go to them.

I've been banking with First Financial in Alvarado for over 15 years. From checking and savings to auto loans, I have experienced professional courtesy and hometown kindness from every associate I've been assisted by. The drive thru has convenient hours, and the personal bankers inside have always helped with my issues. I love that they offer the digital conveniences of bigger banks, like mobile deposit, bill pay, a well featured mobile app, and great fraud protection on my debit card. Plus my kids love that everything we drive thru, the tellers remember us and send them suckers with the receipts. That is a benefit of a small town bank, personal service. My family will continue to do business with them as long as they're in town!

I cannot believe I left First National Bank Texas for this absolutely ridiculous banking establishment. Want to cash a check? We can't help you. Want to deposit a check? We're going to hold it for 3 to 5 days. Would you like to do anything banking related for your checking account? We are going to make it absolutely as difficult and as much of a hassle as we can.
