Unprofessional. Sam from caprock made a story up about his dad dying and saying that’s why he wouldn’t return my calls for over a month then has again yet to return my calls in over another month. But that’s okay because he sold himself out by saying he assumed I’m like every other customer. Instead of doing what companies should do and confirming with me what I wanna do. I’ve tried to give money and make plans but they just kept the car and are still damaging my credit. This will for sure be handled through my own efforts since this company is obviously breaking the law. Wouldn’t recommend at all

Liars who have broken the law and have been caught in recording doing so. Sam from caprock has ignored me for over two months wish assumptions all said on recorded lines. They want to lie and make themselves seem a certain way yet they are literally on recording being negligent to my credit for so long. I hope y’all enjoy court.
