Of this review, i only have one regret - i do not remember their names. I wanted to review and identify each one individually so their superiors at the top would know how nice and customer oriented. What was just a routine proceedure turned out to be pleasant experience. Not just with the incredibly nice employee who was my loan agent, but ALL of them there engaged in a happy, light hearted conversation that made us all laugh about life and 'funny' things. I was treated with respect, courtesy and kindness, as if i was a family member or somebody special. They were the special ones....and i hope this review goes to the desk of their supervisor, superior, boss, CEO...whoever they are...i will be offended if they do not commend this wonderful group of gals.

The person who helped me is very knowledgeable,patient & understanding. I had a bill that I had forgotten about and he was able to refinance my loan after only three days. Other than the high interest rates I think the Cash Store is number one and I would recommend them to anyone responsible enough to make payments. Thank you!!
