Customer service is amazing. Courtney has excellent customer service. This place goes the extra mile for you! Very helpful. Explains everything. I highly recommend loans ans banking with them. After Courtney helped me I will never look back at my bank!

They are closed on Saturday. Closed for lunch between 1-2 during the week- forget about doing banking on your lunch hour or weekend. They only accept change every other month on Wednesday. Why? Also, no shared branching. Do yourself a favor and pick another bank.

This bank seems great, my 1 complaint though is that y’all need to put more money in the ATM outside for the weekends! This is the THIRD Sunday in a row I’ve tried to get cash from here, but the ATM only has singles left, and a small amount of them at that. PLEASE fill the machine more! I’m tired of being disappointed

Recently switched to neighborhood credit union & so glad that i did! One of the best experiences that I’ve had with a bank by far. Maria helped me open up my account and she was amazing! She was very welcoming & answered all of my questions, she made it so easy! Very satisfied with the level of customer service. Highly recommend.

It was great when I moved here b/c they had two working atms. Now they're down to one, which has been down multiple times. It's an inconvenience if you need cash quick and the inside is closed.

Courtney was amazing and very attentive to our needs. I brought my son in to handle some business of his own and I ended up becoming a member and she made sure she explained everything to us and even stayed after closing time to finish us with us. She is definitely an asset to your company and I am happy to have become a member to a welcoming company. I will definitely be recommending you all to my friends and family.
