Do not do business with them they sold me a chain that according to them was a gold chain. They sold it as a gold chain went with three different jewelers that told me it was plated not real gold. Very disappointed never again will I conduct any kind of business with them and will advice my family,friends and business associates about this place.

I am by no means a novice when it comes to understanding and appreciating great customer service and attention to detail...with that said I've dealt with countless pawn shops NATIONWIDE and yet have to come across a more reputable establishment than this. My hat's off to Zeke, Andrew, and staff for such an excellent experience!!

There's one lady who works there and no matter what day you go or call she will give you attitude lol she doesnt like her job so she treats other poorly.....

Poor customer service, very poor. The owner hung up on me, I had one more question and he hung up on me. Work on your customer skills, if you are the owner, I bet the other employees are doing the same thing.
