The representative told me I could use this to build credit since they report to credit and if I pay off early I won't have to pay interest. Paperwork was also correct regarding this. Made on time payments and actually ended paying in full the early pay off amount. Paid off loan early and MY CREDIT SCORE DROPPED 73 POINTS. I called them to ask what happened I was told my account was less than 6 months old and there's nothing they can do about it. Don't recommend using their service.

We were referred to Lendmark by a car dealership and I am are so glad that we were. The whole process was quick and easy. We worked with Adrianna, who was absolutely awesome. Everything was explained to us very clearly. We played phone tag a bit but Adrianna always got back to us as soon as she could.

Was using Lendmark to finance a vehicle. Was given information on monthly payments and deposit. I showed up and was told I needed to wait outside because only 1 customer at a time inside. Meanwhile they had 4 people working inside. Then was told I would also need a mask which is illegal according to the law passed by governor. So I wait an hour and they call me to tell me they received the paperwork from the dealership and was ready for me to come in. However the guy tells me my monthly payments would be $401 per month. This was $80 more than what I was told it would be earlier. I mentioned that to him and his response " I don't see that quote anywhere ". So I said forget about it and left.

I cannot say enough great things about the Arlington Lendmark Financial Branch! The staff is always willing to go above and beyond to help meet your needs. I have always worked with them and will continue to only work with them!

I provided my self employed bank statements. Apparently, I don't have enough income on my bank statements. I own a business and basically denied me a chance because the income is not W-2 payment. I have 2 other loans and are almost fully paid back. I will not refer anyone to these unhelpful professionals who aren’t willing to help. They expect me to deposit all of my cash earnings and card sales to my bank. Most months I deposited cash and direct deposit. I pay all my bills on time and was denied a opportunity to get help.

I went to get a loan at this location, I spoke with lance and Adriana who BOTH were above and beyond professional and understanding. I would gladly come back because of these two. A+++ Service the Lendmark way!!!
