Tried to get loan nobody would call me back or answer they keep lying about calling me I had to keep reminding them. They keep having same bullcrap answer we are short staffed I don't think anybody there knows what they are doing

I was refinancing my loan and so I was not very happy with the way it went because I had to call back everytime and did not receive phone call back to get it completed.

the ladies are "Awesome " at this office! Great personality and always professional! Very nice. The 5 years I have been with regional have all been good years ! Very caring, courteous., and always have made me happy, with their great professionalism. They are the best!
