The Athens branch has the best people. Always so friendly always so helpful and very professional. Ive never had a bad experience in the 6+ years ive been using this bank.

This bank is easy to work with and you can reach someone all the time with no wait times. The draw back is they have high interest rates on land loans and will not refinance.

Although everyone there is great, Ethan Jackson is the best! He’s there when I need him, very informative, and makes everything quick and painless. VeraBank, you better keep him……it’s hard in todays world to have customer service like his, period!!!!
