Although the staff was very nice and accommodating, I unfortunately had a terrible experience from the beginning that caused my account to be negative. They sent me a check in the mail saying I was pre-approved however due to changes in the company, my check was reversed. Due to me already spending it, I am now trying to bring my account back positive. I got another loan but only qualified for a smaller amount than the original so I'm still in debt!

Must come here! As soon as we walked in they Acknowledged us. Felt very welcomed. Mrs Erica did a Awesome job. Sweet and very patient with us and understanding that really meat a lot to us.Thank you guys. Please come check Them out! Blessed Day

When I needed assistance w/ my finances due to a last minute trip I called Covington Credit and explained my situation. Long story short, I was approved within minutes, made an appt. , signed the necessary documents and just like that walked out w/ a check. All three were very professional and I would definitely recommend anyone who needs someone who actually cares about your situation to gives these ladies a call. Thank you Covington Credit!!!!

I called to ask some questions and spoke with Kasey. She was so helpful and friendly, as this was my first time seeking a loan. I went in and was helped by her, I have to say....she is the best!
