I cannot say enough GREAT things about Mark Smith and his Team!! This was by far the MOST AMAZING experience I could have ever imagined when it comes to buying a home. We had the option to use our builders in house lender but didn’t due to horrible communication and our realtor recommended Mark Smith & Team and I am so glad he did!
