Speedy Cash, Austin, TX

I went in to the store a few weeks ago to ask about getting a loan. The staff was very helpful answering my questions. I did not take a loan out after all but should I decide to, I will return to this store.

Went in to inquire about services. Staff was very welcoming. Inquired about a loan and walked out with my mind at ease. Will definitely go back.

Was told they couldn't help me because I had a block. They provided no explanation- it actually seemed like they were just trying to get me out of the store but I decided to trust them and didn't argue. Called via the phone and was told there was no block and received great service, so here I am leaving this review on the horrific service I received that this particular location. All other speedy cash locations in Austin have been great. Didn't catch the gentleman's name who helped me, but he seemed to be in a position of leadership and was a rounder person.

Sandra went above and beyond wit helping me understand my transactions. Great store

This place is amazing. Friendly staff and great speedy service.
