Yes, like most payday type loans the interest is a bit high but no higher than the rest. This company has saved my butt many times. Clear numbers so you know what you have to pay each month and the cost for the loan. Staff has always been welcoming and upfront about any questions I might have. I've never been late on a payment so I don't know what happens in that case. My go to loan place for emergencies.

The new manager Nancy is rude and unprofessional. (She transferred from the loan company next door). This place has went through several staff over the last year and a half. This new manager Nancy doesn't make for better staff at this place. She will call your references first instead of you if your late. She doesn't seem understanding if someone needs to paying late. She told me to come in and make a arrangement which I did, then a few days later calls my refrences instead of me and when I did finally talk to her she totally switched up what i originally told her on the date I could make a payment. She also told me they would accept my payment on the date I gave them which is BS. Don't do business with this company, you'll regret it with her being the manager.

Poor customer service. Rude employees. Calling 15 times a when trying to get ahold of people. Dont bother about getting loans from this company. I had a emergency n wasnt able to pay n instead of working with me they lied n said if i came today i could sign a paper then when i got there told me they couldnt help me and i signed the paper n she still said that i had to go in the next day to make a payment even if i wanted to refinance. I have been with this company for a long time but these new ppl r not worth me taking a new loan out when i do pay them off i will not want to use this company again. I put 1 star but they dont even deserve that. Horrible work ethic n the ppl have attiudes. Hate even having to speak to them at all. DONT USE THIS COMPANY ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!!

Fast and easy process, in and out quick. Cheapest pay back ive found out of 3 other loan places in the same shopping center. Idk why people leave negative comments but if your going to take a loan out you know what your getting yourself into its called being responsible making sure you make your payments on time. I cut down on going out to eat short trips any where to save gas because money is tight but atleast i put my bills first. Even if i have to buy cheap xmas gifts this year.

They call non stop after being 2 days late on your payment they are so rude and so unprofessional. They don't care if you had an emergency or anything they just want the money!! I'm just glad I payed off my loan with them never going back again. I don't recommend coming here and if you are think twice before coming to this place I'm sure there's others places way better than here. One big mistake i regret coming here!!! Bad company such a disappointment....
