This company has been harassing me to no end for something I didn't do! They claimed "somebody" used my name to cash a check (?), and now they want me to go and sign this letter to clear my name and SS# (which they don't have, by the way), as I've checked with another company and told me my credit looks impeccable. They have no idea who cashed the check in my name, they don't know anything. They're only claiming somebody used my name and my phone number, and now that the end of the year 2021 s coming, they're trying to fix their very bad system to confirm who is asking for a loan and who is not. They have nothing on me: not my address, my SS#, my ID, nothing. I wonder who could have signed or cash a check under my name and no one verifying if that'[s the real person? Gimme a break. Scammers and cons, that's who they are.

And so I got my loan from this company and almost as quickly as I had setup the loan. My personal information was scrambled like a egg. Repeatedly, had them correct my info after the third time calling me they want me to come to one of their stores to complete it again. Very unprofessional experience I have had from this company. Recommend avoid! I only right reviews if it is that bad and this company made the list. 👎👎 *This is only one of many locations!*
