First of all I was approved for a loan of $950 on line I was just asking for $500 when I get to the cash store facility the lady that was helping me that the computer said, (Unable to provide additional verification)I said why I was born and raised here in Dallas Texas in St Paul hospital what's going on, stop making people think that there identity has been stolen, just say denied for bad credit that's all you have to say. I wouldn't recommend nobody cuz they do check your credit and mine is not bad score 652. Also y'all give out loans only to the person y'all want

The lady I had was amazing and told me it's best to pay off early to avoid them crazy fees.

If you ever need a loan I will recommend Jessica, Iris or Vanessa these ladies are awesome. Always makes me laugh and love that they always give me a reminder when my payments are due, because I work a lot I will forget. These ladies are super sweet and will make you feel comfortable during the process.

My original experience, outstanding. I didn’t want to have to get a loan but I was in a financial predicament that caused me to need a loan. The process was smooth and as painless as possible, kudos to the rep who took care of me Now, I am on my second payment and cannot say that the experience is still outstanding. I want to know why you offer a promise to pay yet still take the money from your customers account when said customer made it obvious that they couldn’t pay at that time but would pay the next week. This action put me into an even deeper financial predicament and I don’t think it’s a good business practice on your behalf. Thank you for ensuring that I never get a loan from you again.
