This place is very horrible. My mother who is an elderly woman was told that she can refinance her loan. When she had finally made it down to there office she was then told she could not refinance her loan. This made me very upset because she borrowed money from a close relative after she was told she can refinance her loan and now she cannot pay that relative back. I would put no stars if that were an option.
