The woman at the front desk (long brown hair) was very rude and mocked me when I was trying to obtain a loan. She was very disrespectful and I left the establishment in tears. I will never use this location again.

Good customer service she is always cool and nice I finally got a smartphone that help me express what my I feel when I come to Ace and am greeted with a smile .. not like other places that have very rude customer service..I really appreciate Ms. Imelda for excellent customer service :)
