I went in the office a few minutes early and in very little time I was on my way. Everyone in the office were very polite and had my papers ready. Easier than most places that are in the area. The loans are simple and easy to understand.

Esem was great with her explanation on the contact on explain it in details, everyone in the office were so polite with a Beautiful smile on there facing.

Excellent customer during loan update. Especially impressed with Ms. Terry professionalism and attention to detail.

Long waiting time. Didn’t process my check in time and received it in the mail the following week. Get the run around.

Rosa was quick fast and got me approved when other places wouldn’t. I love that she really went above and beyond and kept contact with me. The other loan companies said they would but sucked at returning calls or even answering. If you need a loan I’m sure Rosa will go above for you like she did me. I almost didn’t answer because I felt it was gonna be another dead end but I’m glad I did because Rosa came through when no one else would.
