********Beware, they will mishandle your personal information******** I applied online, and I was declined for a loan. Two hours later I received a call from an associate, stating they needed more information to get me approved. She took all my personal information, employment info, residence info, and other information to complete my application. She stated I was approved, I told her I would call the next day to think about how much I needed. I even got several emails from the associate verifying my information. When I called the next day, they told me they couldn't find my application that was approved. The associate asked if she could call me back. I get a call back from the manager apologizing that they confused my application with someone else. I explained to the manager that was not very professional. I work for a bank, mis-handling customer personal information is a very bad practice. I was very polite with the manager, and stated they should probably retrain the employee on this issue. The managers attitude changed really quick on me. She told me to don't tell her how to run her store, and hung up on me. That is very against what customer service is, especially for a branch manager. I called the branch back to get the managers name, to complain with corporate. The associate that answered the phone wouldn't give me her managers name, she said I didn't need it. Then the associate hung up on me. This office is very unprofessional and need training on customer service. ********Don't trust your personal information with this location********

Literally harassed me about someone else. I have been trying to get off their call service for a long time and each time they say they’ll remove me they don’t. I called back and Lori (the manager) told me she needed my phone number to verify who I was. I didn’t tell them my name because who would honestly and then hung up because I’ve dealt with this tons of times. Lori then called me back to tell me off, referred to me by name, then hung up. Doesn’t deserve one star.

I would like to say that, " the manager and the workers over at the Baytown location are awesome people because they were helpful in providing the help I needed and they are professional and friendly. I would recommend anyone to this location Thank you
