This store is pretty awesome! The service was simply amazing, the lady that helped me was very knowledgeable , attentive, kind, and professional. I am honestly recommending this place. She had to answer the phone, verify my check, and wait on other customers, so in my book, that is a pretty on task employee. Great place guys!

I had a wonderful experience with Ms. Alexis she sete up for direct deposit with my social security check and was so patient and polite. The other lady Karla was a sweet heart the way the workers together to help me was amazing great service and teamwork. I will definitely be back to this location

Fat y lady had a nasty look on her face the minute I said I was there to take out a loan. I guess the money is coming out of her check. . Her mannerism left a bad taste in my mouth and she told the other employee I didn't know what something ment as if I'm a dummy. I don't understand why she had so much to say if she wasn't the one assisting or helping me. Very bad look for the company and people like her should be tossed to the side the same way she tosses her fruit and vegetables to the side, because it looks like she eats straight pork and beans with a large coke everyday & on all occasions. the young lady with the puff & the braces was very nice, informative and helpful she gets 5stars, but the other one not so much.

I tried to send in my review online. I did something wrong so it did not go through. But I want everyone to know I went to the store on E. Lucas in Beaumont on advise from a friend. I now advise all my friends to use them. I hate to say it I didn't get the ladies name but she was VERY professional and VERY helpful. I just went back again today with a friend and received the same excellent service. Thank you. Also like the notifications I receive every time the cards is used. 07-20-22

Ms Karla Roslyn and Alexis were so sweet and fun I really enjoyed my experience while I was in the store especially the food. I hope you guys continue to do customer appreciation days I will definitely be back. The line wasn’t even long and today was Friday I just love them

So far I'm really happy with them. Fast and easy to get a loan. They don't overcharge to pay it back. Staff was friendly.
