ASHLEY IS PHENOMENAL!! Since I first started with Ashley, she treated me well. Very humble, dedicated, and loyal. I seen her in office when there was no one else working, and I seen her when it's mostly staffed, still keeping the same hard-working momentum. She was thorough with explanation of everything, and did it gracefully, with a smile on her face. This place has been a help in time of need not once, not twice, but three times when I was in need. The district manager on the other hand do need to learn to talk to her employees. I was in there and she was snappy, and rushing them to get things done, all in front of the customers! We know she's in charge. There was no need to exert her authority by showing who's boss the way she was doing so. It's the way she said things,not what she said it that made it condescending. Me personally, I couldn't work for her. Maybe she's the reason the office was empty other than Ashley when I first started coming here. Other than that they will help you. Oh, don't mind the guy in the back. He's just checking you out, and listening to everything to see if he will approve you or not, if he can. They won't tell you that though.

The process was simple, easy and timely. The agent was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I'm thankful they were able to help in my time of need.
