My land loan experience was stellar. However, my building loan experience was nothing short of a nightmare! It took four months to get all the paperwork done. The agent did not keep me up to date on a regular basis. She would not return calls for long periods of time. I got nothing but excuses and promises that were not kept.

All my questions are always welcomed and answered. (Thank you Brandon Spears!) I appreciate that because I believe when you ask you learn. I would recommend anyone here. I was actually recommended from my other credit union for a future homestead on a larger amount of acres. Everyone that’s helped me from land loan, mortgage, and construction loan has been very informative. I appreciate them all! :)

Brandon Spears is a top-notch loan officer. He does not keep “banker hours” for he was always just a phone call away. I would recommend him and the rest of the Beaumont Branch to any of my family and friends.

We have used them for our land loan and they were by far the most competitive loan rate. Not to mention that you become a shareholder when you finance with them. We are currently working with them on a construction loan for our home, which they help us roll into a mortgage once construction is complete. They make everything simple and convenient.

Two words. Customer oriented. Few today are as truly determined to serve their customers as are the people at TFC. Have never had a better financial experience.
