CashMax Title & Loan, Bedford, TX

My husband and I have been using CashMax for small loans since 2019. Between Ana and Rose we never had any issues. Ana was friendly and professional and always took the time to explain all of the information so we knew what we were looking at. I dealt with her most of the time. Ana moved up this year and I feel this store has had a huge loss. We went in for an small loan this past June 2021. The young woman who set up our loan apparently misrepresented the information on the contract and now we are faced with having to refinance. Even after I specifically asked her to verify and she said that some of their policies had changed. I just found out today that what she told me was only partly true. Only one thing had changed and that was that we no longer pay daily interest rates. She told me we pay flat rates now and there was no refinancing. I was very specific when I asked her about that because having used CashMax before I knew there was refinancing. Never trust what you are told; always read ALL the small print and trust your instincts. If in doubt get the business manager. Shawna is dealing with my frustration in a courteous and polite manner and I have no complaints with how she talked me through what is happening. This is the second time I've had to deal with an issue like though not from the same place. I think I am done with title loans in general.

Ana has been great! I received two loans from them without hassle and with great customer service. They are off 121 if you need some extra help hit them up ASAP!!! They are great people.
