I’ve tried applying for a loan with them for a minute. And they state they will always give me a call back and they never do. The only difference this time was that the clerk who attended me via phone today had good customer service. The last time they were just simply rude. Personally I think that the way they handle applicants is pretty unprofessional. I would like to know if I got approved or not in a timely manner. This is the only company that constantly tells me they will call back to give me a answer if I got approved or not and they never do. I end up finding out I got denied 2 months from now when I receive a letter stating the application. 10/10 would not recommend.

Apparently they sent me a check in the mail for $3,000. I was unaware of this check and did not ask for this check. Somebody cashed it under my name now they are harassing me by phone and mail to pay them back. I called to see how to resolve this and was told the wrong information. I had to file a police report

I have worked with Ms Oshia, and she has been helpful with me and kind, the other ladies are nice too but ms Oshia really helps me.

They were doing good till the last time I walked in there. The manager said they were doing me a favor by giving me the loan. A favor would be loaning with out Interest. But hey I walked out cause I don't need favors. That's why I have good credit so I opted to get a credit card.

The Regional Team, really helped me out when I was in a jam! They went out of their way to make sure I could afford the loan I had taken out. I really appreciate them! I will never forget this act of kindness.
