They always help me out. One time we had a fraudulent purchase through a third person app (Klarna) and Klarna couldn't and wouldn't fix the issue. It was months and they still hadn't had a solution. I took it to the bank and they helped me file. I got my refund and I'm so grateful to them. Much love, Bowie Legend Bank!

I contacted Legend Bank's Customer Care Facility on July 28th of 2020. I was attempting to reset my online-banking password that I had forgotten. After being on hold for a short time, representative Phylicia answered with a sincere, "How may I help you?" (It was nice to hear a human instead of a computer-generated voice). Phylicia was phenomenal!! She listened closely to my needs and I asked if she would walk me through it. No problems and dilemma no more. Thank you Phylicia!! That's why I've used Legend Bank for over 20 years!!

I don't know about all Legend Banks, but the branch in Bowie Texas is awesome. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. So glad I moved to this bank.

Legend bank refused to give my 77 year old mother another debit card after the bank put a fraud alert on her card cuz she was having problems making a payment by phone . Prior to that she misplaced her card and had to get a new one. She has banked with legend since 1970 . My mother offered to pay for the cost of card plus any labor that wAs encountered .but they refusedcausing her stress and headache having to switch banks . So sad to see a bank treat elderly this way

No longer have bankers working there the offices are empty. Machines make choices for them. 30 year member not happy.

This bank is the most difficult to work with. They do not resolve client problems or research issues. They fight with you and don't proactively solve problems like they would want if they were in your shoes. From the get go of my account, they have filled check orders wrong, kick back Zelle payments, send mail to the wrong address even after a change of address has been put in, and more. Be prepared for a nightmare if you bank with Legend Bank over your own money!!!
