First Financial Bank, Boyd, TX

Have never been more disappointed with a bank. I had to get a new debit card 2 times in the same week due to their incompetence. Atm are a substantial cash deposit that took forever to get resolved and credited. On the bright side, what they lack in ability towards banking, they have applied towards being able to make one mean pot of coffee and some cookies to enjoy while they attempt to straighten out the messes they create.

We've been customers for almost 20 years and have been satisfied with their service for each transaction. Great customer service - for the few times we've had questions. I do recommend them.

If you’d like to wait in the drive through for 30 minutes thus bank is for you!

The manager always goes above and beyond to take care of customers needs. Especially in emergency financial cituations.

I won’t ever be going here again. They just want your money, for them doing nothing!

The bank is great. Google Maps sucks. The address, and street view pictures, are for the Mineral Wells hospital. The bank is where Google Maps shows the First Financial ATM, and the Standalone ATM is a few blocks east of that, where the two one-way streets come back together.
