Drive thru is not a convenience if you have to constantly go inside because they can not do simple chain transactions

ACU of Texas is my first experience with a credit union. I love them! Wish they had more local locations, but they have the nicest people and always helpful.

Very nice people to work with! If you’ve never been a member of a credit union you’ll love it. Banks are just ok. So glad to be with ACU!

I acknowledge the scripted response below, however, I was able to resolve the issue by reaching out to another department. It would be advisable in the future, to make sure terms on specific accounts are understood by all bank representatives.

The folks here are friendly and, if they don't know the answer, they get it promptly. Whether I go in or use the drive-up, it is always a great experience.

Pita is an absolute pleasure to work with! He is always extremely helpful anytime we need services with ACU. From obtaining an auto loan to a personal loan he is always extremely careful to explain all our options and is realistic with us. Will definitely continue consulting his expertise and utilizing him for financial services.
