Staff is so friendly they make you feel like family! Been with them for over 20 years!

Their website malfunctions quite often. It will suddenly be lacking transactions for the last day or more, or sometimes the balance total will be way off. It's very frustrating when you're trying to pay bills and you KNOW that you have the money, and yesterday you SAW the money in your account, not pending but really there, and then log in the next day and no record of your check or the two transactions that have already happened since that check was there. You know the money is there, but without seeing it you don't feel safe to pay your bills, and so you just have to wait for the next day because it usually straightens out on it's own, so at least there's that. And don't bother trying to get help through the website, because that button now just takes you to a generic FAQ search, with no obvious way to contact them. And when it did used to give the option I sent two messages that never received a response. No, not even in my spam folder. If change wasn't so hard for me I would have changed banks a long time ago. Eventually I will get that done. ETA: And now their website is COMPLETELY down, including on their end, meaning I can't check my balance or pay bills. I think it's time to switch banks.

Love this bank. They are always helpful and really care about their customers. You can get a debit card on premises and they have loans and wealth management accounts. It is a Texas Bank but they are associated with some other Banks for ATM privileges.

This bank is crooked. Somehow I owe them money for late fees every week. I dont have an overdraft. Because of this reason. But still they find someway with no explanation to me. They just tell me they don th have any control. Changing banks after the first. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone that works hard for their money and wants to keep it.
