They are so helpful, and Carmen has always gone above and beyond to do everything she can to help us especially when we needed her help the most, no matter where she was. One time she was no longer working in the Brownfield branch but still took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything! She has always been good to us and very understanding and compassionate!
