If you choose to not do business with them, they throw a hissy fit. One thing to know for anyone ever purchasing a home, is pay attention to numbers on your closing docs, thats when they add fees in and then act like they didnt. Ronnie did, but its not only him, it's everyone in the industry. Watch everyone in the mortgage industry. They might be a good place to do business with, I went elsewhere and saved money.
